This course has given me confidence in my ability to perform presentations. Before the course I had not participated in any sort of presentations to team members / customers. I have now successfully presented to a group of 4 and regularly do one on one product knowledge sessions with my Customers. In November I will be presenting training sessions to the new Masters Group Store staff with 8-10 per group.|I have over 7 new Kitchen Displays in various stages.|More customers are now contacting me directly, this is freeing up more time for our BDM and SM to focus on their roles.
