During the course I have really enjoyed the fortnightly classes, it was great to speak to others in the group and listen to how they do things within their role. I found group discussions and activities very beneficial as it was a great opportunity to bounce ideas off one another. ||Throughout the course I have worked hard on developing my presentation skills. I have made progress with this goal and feel I have gained confidence along the way. I have presented to large key customers and also to the LMA group. I enjoyed listening to others in the group preform their presentations as it was a great opportunity to learn and pick up some tips that will help me preform better in the future. ||As a result of the course I have seen significant change in my attitude towards the way in which I work. I am cautious of keeping an above the line attitude professionally and personally and I am more aware of my actions and how they may influence or be perceived by those around me. ||Knowing what my time s worth and the impact it as on m organisation is something that I reflect on regularly as a result of the course. I have become more cautious of my time and how its being spent.
