The face to face days were a very positive experience and it is great to have had the opportunity to get to know the other participants. I hope we can maintain a network. It was fantastic to have the support and encouragement of the facilitator, Patricia Hill. I am very pleased to be able to make the real changes to my my attitude and behaviour in the work place so that work is more sustainable for myself and my team.
