The mode of delivery made this one of the most enjoyable courses I have undertaken. The chance for introspection and to collaborate with other peers and hear their stories helped lay a foundation to either a) give confidence that I am on the right path to effective leadership or b) in a very non-confrontational way, provide with me valuable feeddback on areas where I can improve and develop. Patricia is the most engaging and articulate trainer I have met. It is commonly agreed amongst the participants that she is what makes the course such a success.
