The course tools and learning provided me with the skills to communicate to our staff in a much more constructive and positive way. It has allowed me to conduct structured and positive team meetings and focus on staff development.||Aspects of the course such as defining my HPAs and areas of delegation will assist in allowing me to dedicate more of my time on the facility’s business development and customer service.
