Patricia was exceptional in her role as facilitator, trainer and mentor for the course and students. I consider her training approach and coaching style allowed the course to progress well and allowed students to develop well beyond my expectations, including me. The course has genuinely allowed me to assess who I am in the work place (and in my private life) and has also allowed me to ‘redevelop’ areas of my characteristic and my personality that I originally thought were my strong points – those characteristics being my direct, strong and probably forceful nature. The course has made me realise there is greater value in seeking inputs from others and developing an outcome based on team inputs rather than just directing traffic to achieve an outcome developed solely by me.|Thank you for the opportunity to develop that outcome.
