The learnings of the course have been incredible. I feel better informed on leadership in particular. In the past I have relied on self taught approaches to develop my own style however it is great to have some theory and practice and tools to support me and help myself improve in the future.||Without doubt the best aspect of the course was the facilitator and Patricia’s ability to engage the whole group and encorouge open and honest discussion. I feel that growing my network at council and learning from my peers was the best aspect of the course.
