Too many to mention them all!||Increased ability to work constructively and cooperatively with my team; the importance of ongoing training and mentoring, and how to achieve this; the importance of imperative/important – a very valuable tool that I use every day. It has enabled me to focus and achieve more in less time. The focus on HPA’s, particularly the challenge of identifying them. I loved the course, it was always interesting and informative, and the presenter was fantastic. Completing the project gave me a real sense of achievement. I also enjoyed working with the other participants and hearing about their views on various issues. The course has given me a lot more confidence in my abilities.
