To set SMART goals and using various available tools to Identify, prioritise and execute the plan with the correct action steps. To delegate in such a way to demonstrate my trust in my team members and to concentrate on team development and training. Excellent KPI results on failures and metal gain reports as a result of effective maintenance on extrusion dies. By leading change, we managed to improve our process and safety which was part of my win-win goals
