This course supplied me with a wealth of knowledge of how to succeed in sales. The tools and concepts were great. the ROI from this course was approx. just over $130,000 which is substantially big in the print industry. I also completed all but one of my Win-Win Agreement Goals which I was pleased with, especially my personal goal of running 5km in under 24mins down to the pools and then swimming 50 laps straight.
