I enjoyed the interactive workshop. To hear other participants stories and situations or scenarios created discussions and understanding to possibly applying tools and actions to my own situations. Having a wide range of industries in the room gave a better idea that each topic and activities in the modules would work in any working environment rather then a text book situation. ||I have only become a Team Leader a short time ago, but I feel the course has given me the knowledge, skills and tools I need to successfully lead my team in being a efficient, productive team.
