As a result of this course, I have completed many goals that had been lingering for some time. This included both work and personal goals. ||One of the most enjoyable aspects was that I was able to use the motivation gained from the course and put that energy towards my work. So it did not feel as though I was doing any extra work, only that the course was helping me find ways to tackle tasks in a systematic way and helped me find ways to look at issues from different angles. ||The workplace project regarding secondary construction issue has been sitting around for 2 years. Using the course to catapult the issue into the main spotlight was instrumental in getting the project off the ground. As a result, more departments are talking to one another and are aware of their affect on other groups.
