Partly due to undertaking this course I gained a promotion at work and I am also currently conducting a secondment as the Team Leader – Horticulture North.||I gained great insight into managing people through listening to and joining in on the conversations when we all got together in class.||Jim and David have a wealth of knowledge and I developed a lot of respect for them both throughout the course.
