The course was very insightful, I have learnt a lot about myself and ways to positivly influence and enpower my staff, the facilitator was great and i realy enjoyed the workshops and the interaction with the other participents, by goal setting and following action steps I acheived all my goals and completed my project with good results and have learnt to protect my time and use it more efficiently to acheive these goals.
