I have been able to make progress on my Win Win Goals. I really enjoyed doing the course with people from another organisation in order to gain a different point of view on issues they face in the workplace.|I completed tasks such as having one on one catch ups with staff, getting my car serviced, improving communication in the workplace, training a new staff member in a data cleanup tasks and instigating a review of our procedures.
