For me, one of the most enjoyable aspects of the course was the ability to get away from the work environment once a week and hear the experiences of other people from a variety of different fields. I also found that some of the difficulties I have at work are often the same experienced by other people in other workplaces.||I was able to identify how much time I spend working on High Payoff Activities and work towards acheiving that/increasing that on a daily basis.||I now regularly spend at least 3 hours a day on HPA’s and on some days I even exceed this as well. I now feel a lot better about being at work, as I now feel I have a sense of direction.
