I commenced this course with an expectation that I would gain bits of knowledge in a wide range of different areas that I could add to my pre existing knowledge – I think I did a bit better than this and that is a credit to the course content and course provider.|The time analysis exercise was a key outcome for me and has resulted in me valuing my time more highly and even perhaps becoming a little bit selfish.|The other really significant and enjoyable outcome was observing how all the course participants interacted and how cohesive the group became over time – this was a significant outcome!!|I have seen managers take their learnings into the work place and share their new gained knowledge with others – another siginificant outcome.|Finally I would say I found John an extremely energetic and enlightened facilitator and he worked very hard to accomodate the needs of participants!! Well done John and many thanks.
