What I most enjoyed about this course was the open atmosphere that encouraged engagement, sharing and learning. Everyone was treated equal and given the attention required to learn and utilise the course information and tools.||My most measureable results were through increase in my confidence as a manager of staff, time analysis, delegation of tasks and using feedback logs. This allowed to reduce my stress levels, to increase my efficiency a huge amount saving me close to 10 hrs a week and keep track of the progress of my staff in a consistent manner.||I have achieved 4 out of 5 of my goals. |1: Be more confident|2: Set clear goals|3: Continue learning and devolving|4: Work smarter not harder
