I enjoyed meeting the other participants and hearing their experiences. I found the course tools practical and easy to use.|One of the measurable results for me was the lack of negative comments when the debt module went live. This indicated to me that I had provided enough opportunities for discussion and training. I had also provided various forms of communication to cater for all learning styles.
