I was able to achieve all of my win win goals by the commencement of the course. I have now implemented the tools i have learnt into the work place and team members are active in this learning with me. My most enjoyable aspect was learning more about myself and what type of person i actually am which lead me to much realization on certain aspects i needed to change or work on. My attitude change is my greatest success which has lead me to be more stress free and also gave me the ability to create a good working environment for not only myself, but my team and the children.
