The most enjoyable aspects of this course was the group of people in my class, with all the different personalities it made this experience very enjoyable, also because of all the different kind of industries that participate its good to see that some of the problem you may encounter on a day to day basis aren’t just happening in your business, they happen across all types of industries.|measurable results I can identify are more productivity from myself and my team, my team is more confident, we have monthly customer service meetings, weekly training and more product knowledge specialist come in to help with training.
