Enjoyable aspects of the course were the workshops and interacting and learning from fellow participants that were from a variety of different backgrounds and expertise.|Learning about and implementing focus goals .|Using a daily planner and time analysis sheet to get structure and more out of my working day . |Speaking in front of people to become more confident in being able to do so.|Setting win win agreement goals with action steps to track my progress in achieving these goals.|All of the above is relevant to my role at work and leads to gaining benefits by implementing them in day to day activities for me personally and with my sales team.
