I started this course after working in a managing position for 5 years,on a recommendation from my Project Manager Aaron who said I would benefit from it with an attitude that the company was getting me to do the couarse just so it looked good on the submissons to clients.I felt that I was going alright the way I was, boy was I wrong this coaurse has taught me how to get the better out of my team by getting byins from them on different tasks , it also taught me how to talk to them in a manner that was more about them ,how when someone ask a question that if you word it right that they will know or work out the answer themselves.So all in all not only myself but also my team have benefited from me doing this ,there has also been coments made to me by senior managers that they have noticed the change in me.
