The most enjoyable aspects of the course were getting to know my course colleagues – they are a great bunch of people/minds. ||Measurable results I was able to identify was seeing my attitude shift once I got better understanding of what every chapter wa about. ||There were a lot of goals – business and personal accomplished throughout the course, Ones that stick out were educating the team about HPA and LPA’s. ||Achievements that were made – work place project and defining where I can assist with more insight in order to run a more efficient desk.
