It has been a great experience getting to know individuals from other industry and engage with them as to what their point of view. It was a bit tough to get started with on my win-win agreement goals and the FBOL assignments but once I got into a habit of checking on them it started to fall into routine.|Communication, Feedback and delegation are the key areas I needed to focus on and this workshop has certainly given me some ideas to start it off with.
