Lars the course coach is very friendly and relatable. He made the course a joy to attend. The course itself was empowering. Helping me understand what I should expect form my employer and team. It also has taught how to better relate to them and get the best from them.|Reducing my workload by dumping un-needed LPAs and delegation of other tasks has made me more efficient and able to reach my goals.||Those being being more organised, and getting home at a decent time more often.
