Even though my work schedule and being in high demand to my clients at Veolia, LMA taught me how to delegate some time to sit down and complete my activities on their Feedback Online system, achieve measureable results from my Win/Win agreement goal and understanding what are my priorities by taking on the High Payoff Activities (HPAs) concept. I am able to schedule and plan my work, setting up training after completing skills analysis on my team, and implement communication strategies to ensure my team is aligned with the company safety requirements and their own HPAs.
