The most enjoyable parts were when we were all involved in teams and worked in groups. I started using alot of what I had learnt and it payed off really well. Most of my goals were accomplished including my multiskilling of my guys which was great. In terms of achievements it really changed the way I communicate with my guys. I belive ive become really good at communicating which was my biggest achievement.
