Enjoyed the tools provided to stock into my tool box for further use. Brought focus to my HPA’s and added clarity and guidance to the new forming team, which is now starting to deliver/perform. A lot of small goals accomplished resulting in the larger HPA of planting 92 hectares of vineyard being recognised.
