It was a fun, collegial learning environment. Our facilitator was always very enthusiastic about the material taught. ||A number of my win /win goals were achieved throughout the time of the workshops – several time management tools and skills gained have made me a much more efficient worker. I also really like the the goal planner which I use regularly in my daily work, along with the feedback log. Its great to have some structure to implement to improve my leadership skills.
