I have found the use of the various tools and concepts very helpful in my work. I have been better able to prioritise my work, reduce time wasted on less-important tasks, and have been able to reduce my levels of procrastination.|I have developed a much stronger working relationship with my team leader (mentor).|I have been able to share some of the tools/ideas I have been applying with my team members who have also found them useful.|I have been able to make some positive changes which have further developed my productivity, planning, and relationships at work and beyond.|Writing down goals and setting deadlines has allowed me to achieve a range of completed tasks that I doubt I may not have been able to complete otherwise.|I really enjoyed working with other participants with a range of experiences and responsibilities.
