This has been one of the most engaging and meaningful courses that I have participated in. Within a short few months my attitudes, and the attitudes of the people surrounding me have significantly changed. Both team morale and productivity is up. This course provides excellent building blocks to developing a successful team and these tools are transferable in to every day life skills. While not all win-win goals were successful, there was also an important learning curve from this experience, which is the importance of setting SMART goals.
