I have grown my team in both numbers and morale (input) as a direct result of this course material. 5 out of 6 W/W goals achieved and the 6th was only due to a lack of support from my organisation. ||I found this course well suited to my level of experience – Entry Level/Middle Management. The course has given me the tools to maximise my staffs development and ensure continued growth within my cost centre. ||By utilising the skills I have learnt I now feel comfortable approaching Senior Management (with the understanding and knowhow) to propose new ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement and potentially beneficial workplace opportunities.
