By now having the opportunity to train and develop both existing and new team members, has increased the confidence in my team. This has alleviated considerable stress on my work load and my team have achieved significant results with processes.||I now discuss issues, I’ve learnt to listen and as a team we have resolved issues.||What I have learnt through my modules and discussion sessions with LMA has given me more confidence in my role as a Supervisor.
