Delegation with purpose; I have delegated a lot of my LPA’s to my staff. Habits of a life time are hard to break but once done my work/life balance has become so much easier and enjoyable. My HPA’s are now happening with greater ease. ||Communication; the two way communication with my staff is now flowing very well. I now make a consious effort to listen and have all facts before responding when communicating with my peers.
