the course was good in that it enabled me to get to know some of the other leaders from different parts of the company and form a bond with them.|I have noticed that I am more organised in my daily activities and having established my HPA’s am able to spend more time on my more profitable duties.|Because of this course I have learned to delegate better, I have tought my co-ordinator to complete a daily report which goes to the client, he now does this as part of his job.|During the course I completed a one day leadership course which was a win-win goal.|My wife gave birth to our 4th child during the course which put strain on my application to the course but in turn the course material will help me create structures and organisation in the home.
