This course has made me much more confident in my managment position, it has been a great asset to myself and the my team.|It has taught me to set goals and create action steps to help me achieve the goals that I have set myself.|Not only for myself but it has taught me to encourage team members to set goals for themselves and allowed me to advise them on action steps to achieve their goals.|We have made alot of improvements to the way we pick, pack and dispatch our orders as a result of completing this course which has improved our effiency and the teams performance. The way our agency is running now compared to before is unbelievable.
