The most enjoyable aspects of the course was the hands on, thought provokative interactive activities. I really like the way the content was delivered in terms of practical activities such as the personality types excercise and team work games that broke up the delivery style and kept it interesting.||The other component I enjoyed was working with other course participants in talking about the case studies and how learned knowledge could be applied for an external business.||Measurable results that I could identify were primarily savings in time and efficiencies in my working day. I have become more organised, structure team meetings, communication and coaching sessions that are more effective and am able to achieve goals that before particpating in the course would find it difficult to define and follow through on actionable steps to get there.
