The most enjoyable aspects of the course was learning all these fantastic tools that I can now use directly in my work, be it time management, leading team members or setting worthwhile goals!||The other really good thing was the reflection of real world situations within the course, for example, the acknowledgement that change is a constant for all employees and employers now, as well as through the interaction with the other fellow participants.
