I haven’t acheived as many course goals as others but we have set goals to be achieved after the course as the course has fallen on a busy period so i am keen to achieve them as time goes on.Measurable results have been our toolbox meetings but they need work still.I have found the course very beneficial just in pointing out small improvements that need to be dealt with so to have them highlighted when they could continue to be overlooked has been excellent for my personal developement
