I really enjoyed the interaction with my LMA group – while the course content was clearly beneficial, I’d have to say the group support was the most valuable to me.|Just having so many people focusing on me, and my development was a bit discomfiting to start with, but I think I’ll miss everyone when I return to normal life!||For my goals, I had a few projects and I’m sure I would eventually have gotten to them – but my “Great Leader” made me incorporate them into my Win Win goals, and I managed to get the bulk of the work completed during the course, where it would probably have extended over 6 months otherwise. (nobody tell my Boss he was right!)
