I was new to my role ,and the course really help me to think about my role in new ways , and provided different strategies to help with dealing with my new team. During this course the team at DST Australia did go thought the entire business and made many changes. Some of the biggest change were how we function as a team and also how we operate as a company.the biggest goal that was achieved was participating in the process to have the company become ISO accredited.
