I felt constantly being forced to stand in front of the class eventually I developed the confidence to do it time and time again and not dread it as much as I used to.||The course has given me more confidence in my sales role.||It has improved my organising skills by introducing key factors such as focus goals, action steps, to-do lists, etc.||I also thought the material given to us (folders, CD’s) were very good and wasn’t too hard to read.
