For me the workshops were the most enjoyable I learn much better when I engage with people and I found it interesting that managerial challenges can be the same across a number of industries. As mentioned in other feedback the focus goals are another aspect that I really enjoy and probably the one that I will use the most going forward , likewise with my win win goals. I like the idea of having short term and medium to long term goals that I can apply some terminology around.
