I particularly enjoyed the interaction with other attendees of the course. There were some interesting and funny discussions throughout. It was useful to hear perspectives of the other attendees and how they had implemented the coursework in their particular role.||Probably the thing that sticks in my mind is the confidence it has given me. I need to build on this in the coming months and years. There are useful tools that I intend to use and tailor to my needs that will hopefully benefit our company in the longer term.||Certainly simplifying the daily planning system has improved the visibility of deadlines and it is easier to see the mix of the current workload.||Tackling the skills matrix is something that is overdue and creating a clearer direction for all should hopefully improve the effectiveness of the group.||Hitting the rowing machine was great to improve fitness and wellbeing. This I need to maintain as it is too easy to let this slide when work and family commitments intervene.
