The course was great, the interaction with Desirae and the other participants made it a very great learning atmosphere. I feel I have learned a so much during the course, I could spend at least an hour listing all the things… but most of all was focus, time management, goal setting, communication and interaction with my staff. With my work place project I have gained much unexpected knowledge of our product, have saved time spent searching for information and much frustration. I will continue to use and expand on the knowledge I have learnt from this course long into the future, and will recommend it to people to take this course to enhance their leadership skills
