In my previous role as the High Performance Manager at Squash & Racquetball Victoria I was already doing a lot of what was taught within the modules.|I was very interested with the Click cards to help me identify and categorise peoples strengths.|I realised the module involving M.A.P. was something I had used by bringing together a group of coaches, setting goals for players to achieve and seeing the performance of the players results with great success. |Four of my athletes did go on to represent Australia at World Championships and Commonwealth Games.||Now I have moved to the corporate world, I was not sure if I had made the right decision and now I feel this course has given me the confidence to do the job and achieve good results.
