The course is well worthwhile undertaking.|I have become more efficient in time management with less procrastination , uncluttered work space and a more direct approach with decision making and problem solving.|Understanding the neccesaties that lie behind a high performance team and how to drive that team to continuous improvement has changed my focus towards how I can help with motivation and productivity.|By listening intently to others and not interupting I have found leads to greater understanding of the content they are talking about.|Having goals and making deadlines is important not only to Team and personal KPI’s but also leads to an increase in motivation levels. By completing my win win goals I have gained greater confidence with communication when public speaking, created a workplace routine which has improved efficiency and coached others to utilise all aspects of certain computer tools to increase their productivity.
