I really enjoyed all the activities and practical application of learnings throughout the course.||I was able to succesfully complete 85% of the target 70 work instructions against a target of 80% completed by December 2015.||The biggest accomplishment in relation to my Win-Win goals was instilling a shared sense of process ownership within the team. The team are not actively participating in documenting and updating our work processes thus encouraging learning, cross skilling and fostering a true learning environment .
