Since commencing the course I have secured a permanent position as a leader in BSS I believe participating in the course helped me with this as I was more confident when been interviewed and felt I could answer the interview questions with more conviction as I could draw on examples from the course.|The most enjoyable aspect of the course has been the relationships built with my fellow participants it was great to be able to get together and discuss issues/problems we were having at work and get advice in a safe environment.|My division are currently going through big changes and doing this course has provided me with the materials and skills to ensure I can bring my team along on the journey , get their buy in and prepare them for the change.|I achieved a couple of goals especially time management and work life balance |In summary the course has been a great learning curve and helped me build some great relationships with my peers I am pleased I had the opportunity to participate and look forward to using the knowledge I have gained in my future career at Energex
